Philosophy & Humanist Research
Here at Faux University, the philosophy department strives to develop a deeper understanding of the world. Throughout the curriculum we will dive deep into several areas of study including:
- Causality
- Philosophy Of Education
- The Critique of Pure Reason
- Phenomenology Of Religion
- The Social “Norm”
The majority of these classes will be taught by three of our most prestigious professors:
These three professors would be considered the greatest philosophers of our day, surpassing Socrates, Aristotle and Plato. Unfortunately, some consider their philosophical ideals to be too "controversial".
Our Philosophy department is one of the largest attended in the country because of a few main philosophies we follow:
- "Home is not meant for work" (No Homework)
- "Those who don't act become philosophers"
- "It is not the attainment of the goal that matters"
- "Low expectations lead to fewer failures"
To understand the kind of deep enlightenment you will receive from us, take the following question into consideration:
"When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet. When toast is dropped, it always lands with the buttered side facing down. What happens when you tie a piece of buttered toast to a cat and drop it?"
If questions like this intrigue or confuse you, then an educational career in philosophy may be for you.
