Dining Services:

Campus Dining Services provides the residential dining program with food service and special programming. In Spatula and Beechnut dining halls, Campus Dining Services serves all-you-care-to-eat meals. A la carte choices are available at Peachy Dining Commons, the Hot Spot and Williams Commons. While you could eat the same thing every day we don’t really recommend it. Campus Dining Services will engage your taste buds with programs like demonstration cooking, daily vegan and vegetarian entrees, unique global cuisine services in each dining hall, Funnel Cake Day and Doughnut Week, culinary programs with the executive chef, Emeril, and theme nights like Cinco de Mayo and Ethiopia night.

Students may purchase an optional meal plan to eat at specified campus dining halls. Several other options on campus are available on a cash basis to anyone.

On Campus Dining Options:

Spatula Dining Hall and Beechnut Dining Hall – all you can eat, open 7am-7pm

Peachy, Hot Spot, and Williams Commons- A la Carte open 10am-10pm

Goldstein Kosher Kitchen- Kosher Meals only open 6am-6pm, except Fridays

Fisticuffs- Late Night Dining Hot Spot- Just in case students get a late night craving we have a dining facility open from 10pm until 3 am. We offer pizza, wings, chicken-fingers, subs, nightly specials and other delicious treats. It’s a great place to come and relax when you get back from the bars. We also have big screen TVs for your enjoyment.

Suggestion Box:

There is a suggestion box at the front of each dining hall. If there is something wrong with our services or maybe some kind of food you want, leave a comment. If your comments would make the staff work harder, you probably won’t see any results.

Employment:

We’re always looking for ambitious students looking to make some extra cash while at college. We’re practically slave drivers because we make you work in extremely harsh conditions with very little pay. Since we have so many students that want to work, we can treat our employees however we want and still get away with it. We hope you like working with the typical “lunch lady” because the Lunchroom Association requires each dining facility to have a minimum of four “lunch ladies” on duty at all times. Stop by any dining hall for an application.

Off-Campus Dining Options:

The surrounding area has many excellent restaurants with a wide range of cuisines including.
Sunshine Bar (American)
Country Kitchen and Bait Shop (Southern)
Hamad’s (pizza)
Mama Mia (Middle Eastern)
