Welcome to Effme Library

Located at the academic center of campus, Effme Library is here for your every need. Open 168 hours a week, our accommodating staff is ready to assist you on an individual basis. With approximately 120,000 books, unlimited access to the web and about 17,000 dramatic, horror pornographic and other movies, we would consider our library a helpful source to our students. In addition, Effme Library is equipped with quiet rooms for individual or group study, research and pleasure. Students take full advantage of these rooms as they can watch movies without disturbances, or have time to themselves to think, or do whatever it is that young adults do with time to themselves. For this reason, we provide signup sheets to reserve the rooms for a student or faculty member (sometimes both). Effme Library was built in 1973, previously used as a psych ward. It was the first building on campus. The Springville psych ward donated the building to our campus when having to move to a larger area for the extension on the Simpsons family.
