Background
Robert attended MIT up until he graduated with his Ph. D in Theoretical Physics. Following graduation, he then worked at the Black Mesa Research Facility in the department of Anomalous Material. He also went through Black Mesa Research Facility's Hazard Course, where he became proficient in using crowbars and other weapons. After leaving the facility. He later went on to become a master of the Zero-Point Energy Manipulator, more commonly known as the Gravity Gun. He spent several more years doing research work for various companies in similar fields. One of his projects included development of a personal portal device. However, he left half-way through the production and went on to become a teacher.
