Donald Valentino

Department Chair, Dramatics

Background
Donald Valentino was perhaps the most skilled soap opera actor on daytime television. He used his own life experiences to expand on emotion demonstrated in his shows. During his brief recess in between successful shows he began a celebrity break dancing competition. The result of the competition was Valentino's broken legs, but not broken spirit. During his healing process he published his only book, Faux Passion. The book didn't describe his acting career, but instead his actual life.

After Valentino retired from being in front of the camera he became bored. He then became a professor so he can pass his talents to others. His classes are full of unexplainable emotional explosions. Some of his most known classes are:

  • Adultery 101
  • Getting served 101
  • Bad Acting 203
  • Head Spinning 337

Professor Valentino is a strong believer in keeping his classes wildly erratic. Previous students enjoy his classes and believe that it is an honor to learn from him. His view on teaching is simply that grades mean nothing. If he sees that special spark in a student, he/she will excel.
