Daydreaming
Department of Leisure Studies
Daydreaming is a major that has to do with the different aspects of relaxation while looking like one is paying attention.
Answer Sans Listening 220:
Students in the course first memorize and then learn to apply common responses, so that even though they are not listening to a conversation they can respond without seeming to be an idiot. The goal of the course is to have someone step on your foot while daydreaming, and instead of waking up to say "ow!" you remain in your meditative state and respond with some answer to a question that (this time) nobody asked.
Open-eye Sleep 490:
People in this class are expected to master the art of sleeping with their eyes open, so that they are able to catch some Z's while they look like they are awake, alert and paying attention. Eye drops will be provided for beginners but by the end of the semester students will be expected to not need them.
